UX is an approach & mindset, not just pixels & mockups. UX folks are best as embedded members of implementation teams UX design is collaborative. Everyone brings ideas. UX is a specialized domain. You need experts. Go for problem statements & desired outcomes over prescriptive specs. Engage users early & often to judge the desirability & usability of our hypotheses. Stay pragmatic & focus on business needs. Once aligned, commit! |
